HYDRATE - Report on collation of detailed data from major flash flood events

The report describes results of the project Hydrate to collect 25 flash flood events across Europe. These detailed data enable identification and analysis of the hydro-meteorological causative processes of flash floods and the reconstruction of the events using hydrologic and hydraulic modelling.
