NeWater - Rainfall Simulation Toolbox

This report presents two rainfall generators able to simulate daily rainfall time-series based on observed meteorological data from historical records Tests conducted in this report show that both generators are useful tools to build long-term inputs to hydrological models and hence support uncertainty assessment. Along with this report, a toolbox is provided to use both generators. This toolbox is built as an add-in module to the Scilab platform (free software dedicated to mathematical computing).
