FLOOD-ERA - FLOOD-ERA Final Report

This document concerns the final report of the project FLOOD-ERA, a CRUE-ERA project. The major objectives were (i) to systemise structural and non-structural measures, (ii) to analyse context conditions like risk perception of decision makers with a potential to influence the choice of structural and non-structural measures, (iii) to develop a methodology for the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of structural and non-structural measures, (iv) to identify the site-specific effectiveness and efficiency of such measures, and (v) to derive recommendations for the improvement of flood risk management strategies.
