What happens in this step?

The participants evaluate the success of their pilots and the acceptance of the learning process. They consider scaling up and modifying the actor coalition, the visions and the next round of experiments. If the learning process is regarded as a success, the actors can integrate results into the established, official planning cycle. The actors may also start a new learning process in order to test other paths for tackling problems.
