APT - Agricultural Planning Toolkit

Shell giving students access to a number of software packages for use in agricultural planning. Some of the packages are integrated and can also accessed via DATAEASE. APT compromises the following modules: Climate Data Analysis, Estimation of Biomass Yield, Crop Modelling System (water requirements for irrigation and yield assessment), Agro-Ecological Zones, Productivity and Population Potential and Land Evaluation.
